My quest for ancient yogic wisdom began when I first started studying the Srimad Bhagavad Gita in 2013.

I’ve always been a deep admirer and lifelong follower of the Vedas, Upanishads and Srimad Bhagavad Gita.

My passion for the ancient rich Indian heritage led to the birth of CoachVedanta – a safe and empowering space for purpose-seeking individuals.

  • No. We are all blessed with different body types and conditions. It is not at all a requirement to be flexible before beginning your yoga journey.

  • Yoga is for everyone. Regardless of your age, flexibility, and current health condition, you are free to join.
  • In fact, we encourage you to join if you have any specific physical or mental condition. Yoga will immensely aid in your healing journey.

However, note that yoga is NOT a replacement for professional medical treatment. If you have any serious health issues, please consult with a doctor. Yoga can be an excellent supporting therapy to heal you from the inside out.

No. It is not compulsory to opt for Life Coaching along with yoga classes (though we highly recommend it). However, you will still have a wholesome experience as your trainer is a certified life coach with a practical approach. This will reflect in your yoga training sessions where you’ll be able to clearly establish your personal goals and stay accountable.

  • Most people today dissociate yoga from its true meaning. Anyone who teaches mere asanas and postures isn’t really teaching yoga. They are involved only in exercise, which may show external results. 
  • However, learning yoga as a spiritual and holistic practice is the only way to reap its full benefits.
  • CoachVedanta Yogshala teaches yoga in its traditional, true form.
